Water Usage reduction:
AquaCheck by JohnsonDiversey:
AquaCheck is JohnsonDiversey's innovative water efficiency service with integrated solutions, an average water saving of 20%.
The service works in three phases:
aquaSCAN is a benchmarking exercise comparing water use efficiency and waste water discharge with production volumes, over time and against industry standards. This exercise quantifies the £ savings and indicates whether there is value in proceeding to the next phase, aquaPROBE.
aquaPROBE is a comprehensive survey of ALL water use and recommendations for savings based on £ potential (for non-capital projects) and Return on Investment (for capital projects). The survey takes a significant amount of time on site from dedicated auditors and involves practical measurement of volumes using a non-intrusive flow meter alongside any water meter data which site already gathers. A full site water mass balance is compiled.
aquaSOLV is included as part of the commitment by JohnsonDiversey to realising the savings. This is a campaign to implement the recommendations of aquaPROBE and monitor achievements against the agreed objectives. Personnel from JohnsonDiversey work with site to realise the savings through the attainment of KPI objectives and a 'hands on'approach.

A cost effective global management information system advising immediately on any aspect of automated processing systems that fail to comply with quality, performance, cost or environmental standards.
The In-site system has been developed to provide as much information as possible about the process plant being monitored. The reports, whilst comprehensive are designed to provide 'telegraphic' information enabling operators and managers to know immediately if their systems are effective or in need of attention. Details relating to actual costs, performance (due diligence), plant utilisation and the impact the site's energy use has on the environment are all available for immediate inspection.
The In-Site system continually evolves, ensuring that personnel using this comprehensive Management Information System are provide with the answers and details they specifically require.
